Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience in industry or a minimum of 4 years in public accounting.
• Prior experience with a large public accounting firm strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with IFRS and US GAAP reporting and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• File external financial reporting documents and account for equity-based transactions.
• Report financial activity for multiple holding and funding entities under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
