A leading HVAC company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technical Accounting to join their Corporate Reporting team in Dallas. The successful candidate will be responsible for IFRS compliance, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with auditors. A degree in Accounting/Finance and strong IFRS knowledge is essential, along with 3-5 years of financial reporting experience. This role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting.
• Ex-Big 4 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research accounting and reporting standards under IFRS.
• Prepare technical accounting memorandums.
• Prepare consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements.
• Work closely with the accounting teams and auditors.
• Implement process improvement for reporting efficiency.

Skills

Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards

Proficiency in SAP

Proficiency in Hyperion

Excellent written and verbal skills
