Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or a public company.
Exposure to SEC reporting processes strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K.
Support monthly and quarterly close process through preparation of workpapers.
Conduct financial statement analyses and ensure completeness.
Skills
Understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Advanced Excel experience

Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
