Job summary

Moov Pool Products in Miami is seeking the first Technical Field Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the local technical expert, delivering product training, providing on-site support, and helping retailers and partners with installation, startup, operation, and best practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on field service, problem-solving, and strong communication as you travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical field service, pool equipment, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable delivering technical training and presentations.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visit pool retailers, service companies, and industry partners in the Miami region.
• Deliver product training and technical presentations to sales and service teams.
• Provide guidance on installation, startup, operation, and best practices.
• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and diagnosing pool equipment in the field.
• Conduct site visits at residential and commercial locations to resolve issues.
• Respond to technical inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and team to support customers and drive market success.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Technical Service, Warranty, and Operations for after-sales service.
• Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry meetings.
• Maintain records of customer visits, issues, and field activities.
• Identify recurring challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the first Technical Field Specialist based in Miami . Reporting directly to Javier, Regional Sales Manger , you will play a key role in supporting our customers, retailers, and partners throughout the region.

As the local technical expert and face of the company, you will provide product training, technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and field expertise to help ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll enjoy the support of an established organization while benefiting from the autonomy and variety that comes with a field-based role.

What You\'ll Do

• Visit pool retailers, service companies, and industry partners throughout the Miami region.

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, technical issues, and field activities.
• Identify recurring product or customer challenges and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

We are Offering

• Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 USD (based on experience)
• Performance bonus eligibility: up to 10%

• Paid time off (PTO): 2 weeks (10 days)
• Up to 10 additional days weeks during Christmas Holidays

• 3+ years of experience in technical field service, pool equipment, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or a related industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable delivering technical training and presentations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory as needed.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Pool industry experience is considered a strong asset.
