You will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support to customers and partners, resolving complex technical issues, providing training, and taking part in field interventions.

This hybrid role combines remote support, on-site travel, and hands-on assistance for retailers and certified service centers .

• Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD (based on experience)
• Performance bonus eligibilit y: up to 10%
