Phase2 Technology is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Houston area to drive sales and manage relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and exceptional communication skills, possessing a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years of field sales experience, preferably in component sales and/or engineering.
• Ability to travel 50% based on territory assigned.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and call on assigned customer accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective business rapport with customers.
• Pursue new business leads to expand the customer base.
• Negotiate special pricing from suppliers.
• Participate in the TTI Total Quality Program.
