Job summary

Wabtec Corporation seeks a Technical Sales Representative for ANI / RVI products in Charlotte, NC. The representative will develop and execute a sales strategy while promoting the company's innovative products. With approximately 50% travel expected, this role requires effective customer engagement and a thorough understanding of product features.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of capital equipment sales experience, coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to learn complex technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in high-end capital equipment sales or similar selling skills and training desired.
• Sales territory management experience preferred.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for assigned territory.
• Visit customers to demonstrate products and discuss sales opportunities.
• Follow up on all leads and coordinate with sales engineers.

Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn scientific principles and technology

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
