Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Tier 4 HPC support engineer to work on government contracts in Utah. The role requires active TS/SCI with poly, and a strong background in large, complex IT environments and HPC technologies.

You will troubleshoot and optimize high-performance file systems and distributed computing tools, supporting NSAW and UDC sites while contributing to mission-critical government programs.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph
• 10 years' experience (with degree) or 15 without in a large IT environment
• Experience with high-performance file systems and HPC software

Provide Tier 4 HPC support to NSAW and UDC sites.

This position is eligible for a $5k bonus! (Includes 20% SEP IRA contribution)

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• 10 years' experience (with degree or 15 without) in a large and complex IT environment providing industry and government recognized functional expertise with the skills listed above

Required Technical Skills

• Configuration, tuning, testing and advanced level troubleshooting and support of highperformance file systems such as XFS, GPFS and Lustre.
• Advanced level troubleshooting and support of HPC farm systems and associated applications such as Nagios, xcat, failover software, and compilers.
• Working knowledge of HPC MPP systems.
• Configuration, tuning, testing and advanced level troubleshooting and support of distributed computing tools such as RES, LSF, and SLURM.
• Configuration, tuning, testing, and advanced level troubleshooting of RedHat and Suse operating systems
