Job summary

Exceptionly Inc. is seeking hands-on Software Engineers to serve as in-house developers who evaluate technical candidates. You will assess coding ability across Java, .NET, Python, and other stacks, and verify knowledge of CI/CD, databases, and cloud capabilities. This role emphasizes remote work and global candidate evaluation.

You will participate in structured interviews, deliver precise feedback, and contribute to shaping technical hiring standards for a growing software ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Ability to follow strict instructions for running technical interviews.
• Hands-on coding with at least 2 major technologies from the listed stack.
• Deep understanding of software fundamentals (CI/CD, design patterns).
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical interviews and evaluate candidates' coding skills.
• Assess candidates’ fit against engineering fundamentals and cloud knowledge.
• Provide clear, actionable interview feedback to stakeholders.
