The Army National Guard is seeking a Technical Engineer to help plan, develop, and repair airstrips, docks, barracks, roads, and other projects in North Dakota. You will learn to conduct surveys, draft construction plans and specifications, and support both field and office activities as part of a civilian-friendly national service program.

Your training includes Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training, followed by ongoing on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment required with training in construction engineering.
• Experience with drafting and surveying concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Draw topographic maps and CAD charts.
• Conduct geodetic and construction surveys using survey instruments.
• Provide technical support for vertical and horizontal construction.
