Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mind.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Work orders and maintain compliance.
• Work within and understand SOPs.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Oversee operations, assign work orders, and provide training.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
