RTX's Huntsville, AL location seeks a Technical Editor/Writer to develop end-user manuals for aerospace-defense hardware and software. You will collaborate with engineers and writers to capture system architecture and create manuals that meet defined standards.

This onsite role requires a degree or equivalent experience, experience with technical documentation, and the ability to travel CONUS ~20%. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience developing technical documentation and technical writing.
• Experience working with engineering documentation.

Responsabilités

• Create and document system manuals and end-user technical manuals.
• Collaborate with engineers and writers to gather data and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with defined standards and contractual requirements.
