• Determine technical requirements and instruct writers on format/content.
• Provide mentorship and training to writers.
• Coordinate priorities, schedule, and workload for the group.
• Review and edit interactive electronic technical manuals.
• Ensure quality and adherence to procedures.
• Attend meetings representing D403 supervision.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
