The role requires leadership, ability to mentor writers, and an active SECRET clearance; preferred bachelor’s degree and experience with steam plant or nuclear submarine systems; strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have an active SECRET clearance.
• 4+ years experience writing or using military technical manuals.
• Experience with ARTEMIS is required.
• Technical background in steam plant and/or nuclear submarine systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Edit technical writing products including component manuals and SEPMs.
• Mentor and train writers.
• Coordinate work with engineering and shipyard teams to set priorities and schedules.
• Review and edit interactive electronic technical manuals.
• Ensure products meet published procedures and quality standards.
