Job summary

Finish Line is seeking a Technical E-commerce SEO Manager to lead organic search strategy for jdSports.com and FinishLine.com. You will own the core search foundation, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, local presence, and AI search strategy, aligning with JD Sports North America core values.

You will partner with web dev, product, merchandising, and store operations while mentoring a team and driving measurable revenue impact through search initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on e-commerce SEO experience managing large-scale sites and faceted navigation.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO with understanding of LLMs and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical site health, including faceted navigation, canonicalization, indexation strategies and Core Web Vitals.
• Audit and optimize rendering, out-of-stock logic, and site architecture; embed SEO into release cycles.
• Develop keyword research and on-page optimization for core categories and products; optimize metadata and category copy.
• Own content hub strategy and publish unique, data-backed content to capture high-intent queries.
• Oversee Google Business Profiles and local store locator performance across the retail footprint.
• Translate SEO initiatives into revenue impact and secure leadership buy-in; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate direct reports; build quarterly KPIs and growth plans.
• Own organic performance reporting; connect SEO and GEO initiatives to revenue and traffic KPIs.
