• Strong technical SEO knowledge including structured data, site architecture, indexing, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Experience with search analytics, reporting, experimentation, and organic growth measurement.
• Understanding of AI-powered search experiences and emerging optimization practices.
• Experience collaborating with content, engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO and AI optimization strategies that drive organic traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Improve technical SEO performance including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, and page experience.
• Partner with engineering, content, product, e-commerce, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into workflows.
• Drive content optimization strategies aligned with customer intent and product discovery.
• Explore and implement AI optimization initiatives to improve visibility across AI-powered search and discovery experiences.
• Manage performance reporting, auditing, experimentation, and insight generation for continuous improvement.
• Guide external agencies and internal stakeholders to establish scalable organic growth practices.
