This long-term contract position is with a leading company in Sugar Land, TX.

The Technical Drafter will perform the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of senior staff to create engineering drawings that support communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Prepare layout and isometric drawings.
• Knowledgeable of Operations Compliance
• Follow required procedures to meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and internal codes.
• Perform data collection and analysis. Additionally, perform basic data entry.
• Respond to routine engineering or supplier inquiries and refer complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Responsible for Information Data Specifications, including ensuring consistency and clarity by turning raw data into meaningful, usable information.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD, DraftSight, or SolidWorks is an advantage but not required.
