Allstate is seeking a Technical Digital Product Manager to own service orchestration capabilities, APIs, and workflow automation. You will partner with engineering, design and architecture to translate strategy into a clear roadmap and backlog, balancing long-term health with near-term delivery and business value.
The role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and experience with SOA, orchestration platforms, and integration patterns to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.
The Technical Digital Product Manager is responsible for a portfolio of service orchestration capabilities that enable seamless integration, automation, and delivery of enterprise services. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, performance, and continuous evolution of service applications, orchestration platforms, APIs, event-driven workflows, and integration capabilities. The Technical Digital Product Manager partners closely with engineering, design, architecture, data and business stakeholders to identify problems worth solving, validate opportunities through discovery, and translate strategy into a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to balance long-term application health with near-term delivery and business value. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with deep technical understanding of service-oriented architectures, workflow orchestration, platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation technologies, and operational service delivery. They serve as the bridge between engagement layer, business service layer, engineering teams, platform owners, and enterprise architecture to ensure orchestration products deliver measurable business outcomes. Unlike traditional customer-facing product roles, this position focuses on enabling internal and external services to work together efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
