And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.

The Technical Digital Product Manager is responsible for a portfolio of service orchestration capabilities that enable seamless integration, automation, and delivery of enterprise services. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, performance, and continuous evolution of service applications, orchestration platforms, APIs, event-driven workflows, and integration capabilities. The Technical Digital Product Manager partners closely with engineering, design, architecture, data and business stakeholders to identify problems worth solving, validate opportunities through discovery, and translate strategy into a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog. • Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.
  • Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
  • Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out.
  • Break down complex technical problems into deliverable increments.
  • Define and prioritize capabilities that improve service automation, process efficiency, system interoperability, and operational effectiveness.
