The mission of the Information Technology Group (ITG) is to develop, implement, and maintain technology-based services and solutions enabling OHSU to effectively manage information to accomplish its missions.
Who we are
We’re Oregon Health & Science University’s Digital Strategy team. We’re the developers, web and security engineers, analysts, user experience, and customer support experts who manage OHSU’s digital presence. We design, implement, optimize, and maintain a collection of Drupal content management systems (CMS), custom applications, and 3rd-party integrations for OHSU's public website and intranet.

What you do
The Technical Documentation Strategist creates, publishes, and organizes technical content for www.ohsu.edu and designs processes that shape the future of OHSU’s website documentation approach.
This role will lead the way in establishing best practices for organizing and maintaining high-quality technical content for OHSU’s public website. Own the documentation lifecycle, from strategy to execution, and make a measurable impact on product quality, customer experience, and team efficiency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
This is a limited duration, 100% remote position with flexible schedule options outside of core hours (required 10am-3pm Pacific). This classification is not eligible for lead worker pay differential.
