Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, English, or related field.
• Experience in technical writing in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with documentation standards and style guides.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and update operator manuals, guides, SOPs, and graphics.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and SMEs to gather accurate content.
• Collect information from production and feedback to reflect changes.
• Produce technical graphics and illustrations for publications.
• Audit links and assist translation efforts for multilingual versions.
• Improve documentation processes and templates.
