Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating and maintaining operator manuals, SOPs, guides, and product inserts.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and update technical documentation including operator manuals, installation manuals, and SOPs for American and European markets.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Lab Technicians and other SMEs to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Collect information from production floor, observations, operational metrics, and quality data to inform documentation.
• Update documentation to reflect changes in product features and functionality; edit for consistency and style.
• Produce technical graphics and illustrations for use in manuals and publications.
• Audit and update website links whenever documents are created or revised; assist translation efforts for multilingual versions.
