Job summary

You will translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences. You'll participate in peer reviews, tailor documents to customer requirements, and ensure alignment with established style guides and configuration management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Write, rewrite and edit technical documents and manuals.
• Publish procedures, user manuals and configuration guides.
• Tailor product documentation for user requirements and formats.
