Job summary

Standard Nuclear, Inc. seeks a Technical Documentation Specialist to develop, edit, format, and maintain procedures, work instructions, technical documents, reports, presentations, and supporting materials used across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams.

You will ensure materials are accurate, professionally formatted, and aligned with company standards while supporting document control workflows, metadata updates, and audit readiness in a regulated environment at Oak

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, Technical Communication, Engineering, Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in documentation, document control, records management, or related work.
• Strong editing, proofreading, formatting, and document organization skills.
• Experience with document management systems, metadata, version control, routing or release workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, format, and maintain procedures, work instructions, technical documents, reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Turn technical input into clear, accurate, usable documentation across engineering, operations, quality and business teams.
• Review documents for clarity, structure, formatting, grammar, consistency, and completeness.
• Standardize language, formatting, and organization across company documents.
• Support development of templates, style guidance, and document standards.
