Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and revise technical documents, procedures, reports, manuals, plans, specifications, work instructions, and related materials.
• Gather and validate technical information by collaborating with engineers, scientists, operations personnel, project managers, quality personnel, and other subject matter experts.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content while preserving technical accuracy and intent.
• Organize document content, terminology, graphics, tables, references, and appendices to improve readability.
• Apply templates, style standards, naming conventions, and document-control practices through the lifecycle.
• Review documentation for grammar, clarity, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate document reviews, incorporate reviewer comments, reconcile revisions, and maintain version/change information.
• Manage multiple documentation assignments and priorities while meeting schedules; protect sensitive information.
• Support continuous improvement of technical-writing processes and repositories.
