Job summary

RTX Goleta, CA location seeks a senior technical leader in Advanced Products & Solutions to oversee mission-area technical strategies and investment plans. You will develop roadmaps, collaborate with Raytheon/RTX leaders, customers and suppliers to address complex EO/IR system challenges.

The role requires a STEM degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, active Secret security clearance, and strong background in imaging hardware and software development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience with government and industry funding sources.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance is required before start.
• Strong understanding of infrared imaging technologies and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight to develop mission-area roadmaps and strategies.
• Collaborate with RTX leadership, customers, and suppliers to solve complex problems.
