Job summary

Technical Leadership & Project Delivery:

• Plan and execute complex investigation and remediation projects, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.
• Provide expert guidance on contaminant fate, geology, geochemistry, hydrogeology, and engineering principles.
• Review technical reports and develop conceptual site models, cost estimates, and remedial strategies.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with practice growth objectives.
• Represent the firm in key meetings and industry events to enhance market presence.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance assessments for technical staff.
• Mentor team members in technical development, project management, and client engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on practice growth and resourcing strategies.

Operational & Field Activities:

• Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a remote or office setting.
• Conduct field oversight for key phases of complex projects as needed.
