Job summary

Black & White Engineering seeks a Technical Director – Civil & Structural in Dallas to lead the North America Civil & Structural team on data centre and mission-critical projects. You will own technical direction, guide design from concept through delivery, and build strong client relationships.

As Technical Director, you will lead our North America Civil and Structural team, guiding technical excellence across a growing portfolio of data centre and mission critical projects.

You will lead structural design work from concept through delivery, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer licence
• Proven experience leading a Civil or Structural discipline team
• Experience leading complex Civil and Structural design across a range of building types
• Strong working knowledge of applicable codes, standards and regulations
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
