The role focuses on developing technical documentation, executing garment fit, and collaborating across Design, Product Development, and Production to ensure quality and brand standards. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Technical Design experience within the apparel industry.
• Experience with women's apparel is required; experience in outerwear and/or activewear is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit evaluation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong measurement and grading accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with vendors.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain detailed tech packs with measurements, grading, construction details, and specifications.
• Create and manage BOMs, packaging requirements, care labels, carton markings, and related documentation.
• Conduct and participate in fit sessions using live models.
• Analyze fit, identify revisions, and communicate clear notes to vendors and teams to ensure fit and product integrity.
• Review prototypes and pre-production garments with pattern makers and manufacturers.
• Ensure samples meet standards for fit, quality, construction, and design intent prior to production.
• Identify development and construction challenges throughout the lifecycle.
• Recommend solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, manufacturability, and cost.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Production and partners to support execution.
• Help ensure projects stay aligned with timelines, quality expectations, and brand standards.
• Utilize expertise in fabrics, trims, garment construction, and manufacturing techniques.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining quality standards across products.
• Promote consistency in garment performance, durability, and comfort.
