Your Talent Team is seeking a Technical Designer in New York, NY to drive technical documentation from concept to production. You will develop tech packs, manage BOMs and labels, and collaborate with design, development, and vendors to ensure quality, fit, and construction meet brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in Technical Design for women's apparel, strong construction knowledge, and proficiency in Illustrator and CAD.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of Technical Design experience in apparel.
• Experience with women's apparel; outerwear/activewear preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit evaluation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain detailed tech packs with measurements and specs.
• Create and manage BOMs, packaging, labels, and related docs.
• Conduct fit sessions with live models and communicate revisions.
• Review prototypes and pre-production garments with partners.
• Ensure samples meet standards for fit, quality, and design intent.
• Identify construction challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Production, and vendors.
