About the Role
As a Textiles Technical Designer, you’ll work under the guidance of the Textiles Head Design Manager and in close partnership with Costume Designers to bring imaginative product lines to life. From baby pajamas and robes to seasonal home goods like Easter basket liners and decorative buckets, you’ll be responsible for turning creative vision into production-ready designs. You’ll own the technical development process—creating detailed specs, managing fit sessions, and ensuring product consistency from sketch to final sample—all while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.

The expected starting pay range for this position is$80,000 - $85,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
