Gensler in Boston is seeking a Technical Designer to collaborate with a team of architects, producing technical and contract documentation and communicating project progress to ensure client satisfaction.
You will partner with the Project Architect, coordinate design intent in construction docs, and participate in construction administration, site visits, and coordination with consultants and regulators.

The base salary range will be estimated between $80,000 - $95,000.
Gensler’s total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing.
