Job summary

Mad Engine Global is seeking an experienced Technical Designer to join our Production team in the U.S. Wholesale division, focusing on Men's Apparel.

You will develop tech packs, specify measurements, and lead fit sessions to ensure consistency across collections. You will collaborate with overseas factories to resolve technical issues, review prototypes, and ensure production-ready specs align with retailer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of Technical Design experience in apparel.
Men's apparel Technical Design experience strongly preferred.
Experience creating tech packs for knit and woven garments.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PLM systems & Microsoft Excel.
Experience with licensed apparel, wholesale or private label programs preferred.
Experience supporting major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Kohl's or similar accounts.
Strong communication, problem-solving & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed tech packs, garment specifications, measurements & grading.
Lead fit sessions and ensure consistency across Men's apparel collections.
Collaborate with overseas factories to resolve technical and fit issues.
Review prototypes, pre-production samples & production-ready specifications.
Partner with Design, Product Development, Production & Sourcing.
Ensure products meet quality standards, retailer requirements & production timelines.
