Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading apparel-driven enterprise focused on delivering high-quality, well-fitting garments to customers worldwide. The role centers on translating innovative designs into manufacturable specifications while upholding brand standards and customer satisfaction.

You will influence cross-functional teams and vendors to maintain consistent fit, explore cost-efficient construction, and ensure samples meet design intent from concept through final production.

Qualifications

  • General understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, alterations, and grading.
  • Well-versed in Fit, Construction, and Quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of brand, customer, and cost requirements.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management or tech pack management systems.
  • Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data to recommend solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and execute design aesthetics through consistent fit and construction, aligned with customer needs.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional partners and vendors effectively.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed specifications for costing and first prototypes.
  • Leverage fit camps and maintain overall customer fit consistency across products.
  • Troubleshoot and communicate fit issues promptly and clearly.
  • Provide input on fit and construction risk management strategies.
  • Ensure both physical and digital samples comply with brand standards throughout the product creation process.
