Job summary

Ateeca Inc in Everett, WA, is seeking a technical designer to contribute to the interiors of aircraft payloads, cargo compartments and related systems, including exterior markings and cabin safety considerations.

The role requires hands-on model-based design experience, proficiency with CATIA, and the ability to support manufacturing, integration and compliance validation within a production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical design, including modeling, and technical integration or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience.
• AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with design for manufacturing and integration within a production/manufacturing system.

Responsibilities

• Design interiors of the airplane, along with the cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety.
• Support validation of compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Model-based design and systems engineering activities to integrate payload components.
