Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an Assistant Technical Design Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across project lifecycles and deliver outcomes on budget and schedule.

You will work with project leadership to align on progress, reviews, and resource allocation, enabling successful project execution and client satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5 years related experience.
• Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• General background-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project.
• Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule.
• Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.
