Pay Rate: $75/hour on W2

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Deployment Lead to provide senior-level coordination and delivery oversight across a portfolio of complex collaboration technology and workplace technology initiatives spanning multiple sites.

This is a portfolio-level delivery role, rather than ownership of a single deployment. You will serve as the connective layer across multiple concurrent programs, maintaining visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall program health.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned program operator who can bring structure to complex, interdependent initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders across regions and time zones.

About the Team

The Collaboration Programs team delivers seamless collaboration experiences across global offices, supporting the video conferencing, production, event, and collaboration technologies that enable effective communication across executive meeting rooms, conference spaces, all-hands venues, and specialized production environments.

This role sits within the regional deployment operations function and works across multiple programs supporting the U.S. region.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a consolidated view of program status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear and current visibility into overall portfolio health.
• Coordinate schedules, dependencies, handoffs, and critical milestones across programs.
• Identify conflicts and delivery risks early and drive appropriate follow-up and escalation.
• Establish structure and momentum across complex, interdependent workstreams.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate across IT, Facilities, Security, Workplace Services, vendors, delivery partners, and other cross-functional teams.
• Establish and facilitate appropriate program cadences, including stand-ups, status reviews, and leadership updates.
• Serve as a senior coordination point across multiple workstreams.
• Proactively identify and resolve dependency and scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate program status and risks clearly to senior stakeholders.

Risk, Status & Reporting

• Track overall program health, risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Escalate risks early and provide clear options for resolution.
• Create consolidated reporting that provides leadership with a single view across multiple programs.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and delivery records.
• Ensure key milestones and action items are clearly owned and tracked.

Production & Event Space Programs

• Coordinate deployment readiness across specialty production spaces, event venues, broadcast environments, and collaboration spaces.
• Track operational-readiness milestones through deployment and handoff.
• Coordinate readiness testing, commissioning, and final sign-off activities.
• Partner with production and technology teams to ensure spaces are ready for operational use.

Hands-On Deployment Support

• Support active deployments when needed, including procurement workflows, purchase order tracking, equipment delivery verification, and deployment coordination.
• Maintain accurate BOMs, site inventories, commissioning documentation, and deployment records.
• Participate in commissioning, readiness testing, and deployment sign-off.
• Review and mark up deployment drawings using AutoCAD or Bluebeam when required to communicate design intent to vendors and trades.
• Help ensure equipment, documentation, and site readiness remain aligned with deployment plans.
• Help ensure programs consistently meet established quality and delivery standards.
• Support the development and refinement of playbooks, SOPs, deployment processes, and operational documentation.
• Participate in post-program reviews and contribute lessons learned to improve future deployments.

Must Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program coordination, technical program delivery, deployment management, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating multiple concurrent programs, preferably across multiple sites or regions.
• Proven ability to bring structure, organization, and momentum to large, complex, interdependent initiatives.
• Strong experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide concise and credible updates to leadership.
• Working knowledge of AV/VC, enterprise collaboration, or workplace technology sufficient to coordinate technical deployments effectively.
• Familiarity with conference room, collaboration, event, or production-space technology.
• Experience tracking program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple U.S. time zones, with Pacific Time as the primary time zone and occasional East/Central coverage.
• Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Menlo Park, CA, five days per week.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the U.S.

Good to Have Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise AV/IT, workplace technology, collaboration technology, or technical deployment programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms and technology ecosystems.
• Experience supporting event production, broadcast, studio, or live-event environments.
• Experience working with vendors, trades, installation partners, and technology suppliers.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam for reviewing or marking up deployment drawings.
• Experience with procurement processes, purchase orders, BOM management, equipment tracking, and commissioning documentation.
• Experience developing or maintaining SOPs, deployment playbooks, operational standards, and lessons-learned documentation.
