Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience coordinating multiple programs.
• Experience managing cross-site or cross-region projects.
• Ability to structure large, interdependent initiatives.
• Proven cross-functional coordination with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership updates.
• Familiarity with AV/VC or workplace technology deployments.
• Knowledge of conference room and production-space tech.
• Experience tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consolidated view of program status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Provide stakeholders with current visibility into portfolio health.
• Coordinate schedules and handoffs across programs.
• Identify conflicts and drive escalation.
• Establish structure across interdependent workstreams.
• Coordinate across IT, Facilities, Security, and vendors.
• Facilitate program cadences and leadership updates.
• Serve as senior coordination point across workstreams.
• Track program health, risks, issues, and blockers.
• Create consolidated leadership reports.
• Maintain program documentation and delivery records.
• Review deployment drawings with AutoCAD or Bluebeam.
