Job summary

Transfyr, based in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Technical Delivery and Business Development Lead to guide end-to-end customer engagements, from discovery to signed partnerships. You will translate scientific and technical goals into executable pilots, balancing scientific curiosity with commercial pragmatism.

You’ll work closely with founders, scientists, and engineers to shape opportunities, design scopes and budgets, and drive pilots to value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience developing partnerships in life sciences, AI, or biotech.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to executives.
• Experience drafting proposals and scopes of work.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery and business development engagements.
