Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT Management, or related field with 5 years' experience or HS/GED with 9 years'experience in business.
- 5 years’ experience leading high performing teams or projects in banking, payments receivables, lockbox processing or software implementation space.
Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring, staffing forecasts, performance management and mentoring for Delivery Services team.
- Act as escalation point for project and client satisfaction issues and ensure resources are highly productive.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, Product and Development to support delivery and gain efficiencies.
