Job summary

Deluxe Corporation seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a delivery team responsible for consulting, implementing, and escalating client software deployments. You will hire, forecast, manage performance and mentor staff, while ensuring productive utilization and high client satisfaction.

You will also participate in pre-sales, coordinate with Product and Development, and drive efficient deliveries and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience leading high performing teams or projects in banking/payments/softw are implementations.

Responsibilities

• Has overall accountability for hiring, performance management, training and development of the Delivery Services team.
• Serves as an escalation point for project and client satisfaction issues.
• Ensures team productivity, drives revenue and client satisfaction; manages chargeability.
• Forecasts staffing needs based on anticipated demand.
• Manages current workload to minimize stress and attrition.
• Consults on pre-sales opportunities and liaises with Product and Development.

Education

Bachelors in PM/related field

5 years experience or HS/GED +9 years
