Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical project or program management, leading large-scale technology projects.
• Extensive experience managing Agile execution and sprint planning for large teams.
• Strong background in overseeing projects that involve .NET technologies.
• Proven track record in cloud migration/modernization projects (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred).
• Experience working with offshore teams and managing the collaboration between technical leads, architects, and QA teams.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, estimating, and delivering within allocated resources.

Responsibilities

• Technical Oversight: Work closely with offshore Technical Architects, Tech Leads, and QA Leads to ensure that technical solutions meet project requirements and are delivered within defined timelines.
• Cloud Modernization: Lead or contribute to cloud migration and modernization efforts, ensuring seamless transitions to cloud platforms.
• .NET Projects: Oversee and provide technical guidance for projects involving .NET technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
• Budget & Estimates: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure that estimates are accurate and adhered to.
• Governance & Reporting: Set up and manage governance structures for projects, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to delivery timelines.
