Job summary

Arka Innovate is seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams across concurrent releases, overseeing delivery, stakeholder engagement, and Agile coaching. This onsite role requires strong leadership and hands-on execution.

Role involves developing release plans, managing risk, and partnering with Product Owners to align deliveries with customer expectations using Agile best practices. Five days onsite.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical PM leading multiple Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile and traditional project management practices with flexibility to tailor methods as needed.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex program risks and dependencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with all levels including executive leadership.
• Demonstrated coaching and team-building capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.

Experience & Education Requirements:

• Expertise in SDLC, change management, and cross-functional delivery with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex program risks and dependencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with all levels including executive leadership.
• Demonstrated coaching and team-building capabilities.
• Hands-on experience withJira, Confluence, andMS Project, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.

Certifications (Preferred):

• PMI-ACP
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
