• Plan and manage delivery across multiple teams with inter-dependencies.
• Drive risk, issue, and impediment management to ensure timely delivery.
• Promote collaboration across business and technology units.
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership on progress and risks.
• Ensure alignment of execution with deliverable requirements and sponsors.
