Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience beyond the degree.
• Health Insurance industry experience with claims knowledge.
• Experience with data quality checks in cross-functional implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial data validation for the new TPA claims platform migration.
• Perform detailed attribute testing of data and reports with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain claims data quality by monitoring and modeling financial data.
• Build and run month-end reconciliation routines.
• Document processes to analyze results, monitor variances, and identify trends.
• Translate business requirements into financial and reporting requirements (ledger impacts, subledger mapping, accrual logic).
• Support audits and regulatory filing efforts.
• Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting.
