Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent the Claims Delivery Director in overseeing and coordinating the efforts of primary Claims Product Family delivery teams.
• Provide recommendations, triage technical issues, and lead technical forums to resolve problems.
• Lead agile scrum delivery across Claims Product Family development and testing teams, mentor leads, and support KPI reporting and capacity planning.
• Resolve escalated cross-team issues, enforce architectural standards, and participate in CoEs to promote consistency and innovation.
• Communicate with key business partners to ensure alignment and timelines based on organizational goals.
• Attend Agile/SAFe ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure PI commitments are met.
