Job summary

Beyond Data Group is seeking a Technical Data Consultant who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and making technology actually work. You will be the go-to person ensuring client environments and internal IT run smoothly, combining hands-on technical support, cloud technologies, and user interaction.

You'll own the client environment, manage access and configurations, work directly with clients, and collaborate with experienced consultants.

Qualifications

Hands-on, structured, and solution-driven.
Owns issues from start to finish.
Willing to engage with clients and colleagues.
Interest in IT, cloud, or data technologies.

Responsibilities

Client Environment Support: Keep data platforms (Qlik, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric) running.
Monitor systems and troubleshoot to ensure performance.
Manage access/configurations and document changes.
Act as the client’s reliable technical contact.
Collaborate with consultants to grow expertise.
Internal IT Ownership: Be the SPOC for internal IT.
Provide hands-on support to colleagues.
Set up and maintain laptops/workstations.
Manage users and onboarding/offboarding flows.
Own and optimize Microsoft ecosystem (O365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Work with Azure for identity and environment management.
Improve internal tools and automate where possible.
Take initiative to fix issues proactively.
