Qualifications

• Experience building/operating highly available distributed systems for data extraction, ingestion and processing large data sets.
• 5+ years delivering data engineering solutions on cloud platforms.
• 5+ years with at least one cloud-based data warehousing or lake solution (Snowflake/Redshift/Databricks).
• 5+ years with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C/C#/Shell).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git/Jenkins/CI/CD/Jira).
• Understanding of big data concepts, data streaming, and open-source ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Be trusted advisor to customers with best practices and technologies for data engineering solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain modern data pipelines using appropriate cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to analyze requirements and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with customer needs across teams.
• Stay current with cloud patterns and share results with stakeholders.
