The Vollrath Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Technical to provide front-line troubleshooting and warranty support for Vollrath countertop equipment. You will diagnose problems, guide customers, and manage service repairs to deliver an exceptional post-sale experience.

Core responsibilities include handling calls and emails, creating customer files, dispatching service providers, and ordering parts while maintaining accurate records and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in technical customer support or service call center.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Vollrath in post-sale interactions via calls and email.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues using technical knowledge.
• Manage case files, dispatch service providers, and place parts orders.
• Escalate trends in service issues to quality teams as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to team goals.
