Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate resolution of customer inquiries and disputes.
• Provide onboarding and Customer Portal support to new customers.
• Support customers with pricing, order fulfillment, and contract administration.
• Assist with billing and payment inquiries.
• Manage customer disputes and general support inquiries.
